Content Design in Action
In 2022, I attended the 2-day content design foundation course in London to formalize my qualifications in designing content that meets user needs and business requirements. My course worksheet below shows the content design process in action. The process involves user research, defining user needs, mapping user journeys, empathy, channels, drafting, reviewing, and publishing.
I apply the same process and principles to any content that I am writing whether it's a blog, instructional material, article, tutorial, how to guide, a course, a video or something else!
