At Travelport, I helped create a documentation pipeline across four Agile teams in the time that I have been there. As the first of the rare breed of technical writers in the company, I introduced new tools, and helped set up processes from the ground up to keep customer facing product and API documentation up to date. We work within the Scaled Agile framework (I also have a fancy certification 🤸♀️ ), use an open source docs-as-code framework to keep our docs nice and shiny.
I also write and proofread the words on our products (UI/UX text)
