At Guidewire, I develop technical training content that teaches Guidewire customers, partners, employees, and third parties how to configure, implement, and integrate with Guidewire products. Training delivery is varied, including Instructor-led (ILT), e-learning, exams and certifications.

1. Designing instructional content that explains complex concepts in simple, engaging ways.

2. Designing training activities and lab exercises that reinforce skills and makes training “stickier”.

3. Building product demonstration videos to support e-learning.

4. Designing course strategy, storyboards, and leading job task analysis (JTA) sessions.

5. Collaborating with product development, product management, and field consultants (SMEs), to gather raw content and distill information for training.
